In preparation for providing enhanced DSL services, all Hande Communications DSL customers are advised that we will be migrating our DSL services to a new supplier on Wednesday the 13 Jan 2010. We are expecting minimal disruption to our services as we migrate.

Should you are having connection issues during the migration, please power off your modem/router for at least 10 mins before turning the power back on. If you are still having trouble connecting after power cycling your modem/router, contact our Helpdesk on 1300 306 131 for assistance.

QLD and TAS customers will not affected but will be migrated at a later date.

We look forward in releasing new services after the migration.

Please note that our provisioning services will have limited staff levels until 4 Jan 2010 however our service helpdesk will still be manned over the holiday period.
