ADSL2+ plans are faster than standard ADSL or ADSL+ plans. The ADSL2+ On/Off Peak plans are Shaped Plans, meaning your connection speed will be slowed down to 128/128Kbps once you reach the download limit. There are no excess data charges for shaped plans.

Peak time is from 12:00hrs to 23:59:59hrs
Off peak time is 00:00hrs to 11:59:59hrs
Shaping times are based on the timezone you are in. Daylight saving times will be taken into consideration

Static IP addresses are provided free of charge with all ADSL services.
A line activation fee of $119.95 applies to all new connections, or a churn fee of $49.95 if transferring from another provider. CHURN if FREE until further notice.
Changing to a different plan with the same speed costs $29.95, while changing to a plan with a different speed costs $49.95.
A disconnection fee of $75 must be paid when cancelling a DSL service within the first 6 months, or $50 if disconnecting after 6 months.
