Dial Up connection issue

Dial up customers may be experiencing failed connection attempts. Hande Communications is aware of the issue and is working to resolve this as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT. Emergency Power Disruption

A power disruption may be experienced for up to 30 minutes during the outage window for all Hande Communications services, this is due to urgent changes to power feeds which affect our equipment.

Hotmail issue resolved

Hande Communications advises that the issue with emailing Hotmail accounts is now considered resolved.

Hotmail issue.

Hande Communication customers may experience failed email attempts however, this is an intermittent issue and only affects Windows Live Hotmail accounts.

The problem can occur when the sender emails to a Windows Live Hotmail account. Shortly after, the sender receives a failed delivery warning similar to the following:

"Delivery failed after 1 attempts within 0 minutes 550 SC-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation problems. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Email/network admins, please visit http://postmaster.live.com for email delivery information and support

No recipients were successfully delivered to."

Hande Communications is aware of the problem and is currently working to resolve this with Hotmail. Currently there is no ETR. Updates will be posted as soon as they come to hand. All effort is being made to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

In the meantime, Hande Communications urges all customers having this problem to advise us and send an email to info@hande.net.au, putting Failed Hotmail Delivery in the Subject line of the email.

Data usage in MyAccount

We are aware of a issue with the data usage in the MyAccount not showing the correct details or all the information. Our technicians are currently working on a solution, but we are unable to give an ETA for this fix.

If you are requiring a more accurate amount of the usage for the month, please don't hestitate to call our helpdesk.

Updated: The data will not appear until the current session is completed.
